Fitness afternoon

The children absolutely loved having our visitor in this afternoon! Not only did they learn about the importance of exercise on our body on minds, they had the opportunity to complete a dance/fitness session.

They all tried so hard with this, were fully engaged and challenged the self with a variety of workouts!
