Congratulations to all KS2 children who entered their calligrams into the Association for Languages (ALL) competition. What an amazing end to term we had in Spanish! KS2 children took part in a Spanish egg hunt at break time - it was lovely to see how invested they were in solving the gap fill! We have seen some truly spectacular work this term, the children are thoroughly engaging in and enjoying their weekly Spanish lessons. I look forward to an even better Summer term! Mrs Trolove

Day two of our Year 5 residential was packed full of excitement from start to finish! The children began the day with a big breakfast, setting them up perfectly for a busy schedule of activities ahead. Throughout the day, children showed fantastic enthusiasm and resilience as they took part in archery, axe throwing, grass sledging, air rifle shooting and fencing. We’ve had a fun filled first day on the Year 5 residential! After arriving, we went into our groups and did a blind trail which required us to trust our partners. Then, we had a delicious dinner and unpacked our bedding before going out for a nighttime zip line! Lights went out at 9pm and the children were fantastically behaved and ready to sleep!

Tuesday 30th September – Y5/6 Hockey Tournament at City of Peterborough Hockey Club On Tuesday, our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in an exciting hockey tournament at the City of Peterborough Hockey Club. We faced off against several local schools including Hampton, Winyates, St John's, Eye, Discovery, and St Botolph’s. Our team showed fantastic teamwork, skill, and determination winning every single match! What an incredible achievement. Well done to all the players involved!
