Year5 continue to work hard. This term in science we are exploring reversible and irreversible changes To help our understanding, we have had an awesome cooking lesson to see if the batter we made would be affected by mixing and the heat of the oven. We found the results - delicious. We have also been learning how to perfect our singing in music lessons as we learn Bon Jovi's Livin' On a Prayer - sadly no photos as Mr Forman was playing the guitar.
The children have also been developing their understanding of Place Value and rocking Roman Numerals. In English we are continuing to look at diary entries, as the children write in role as Queen Victoria on the day of her coronation.
