Our art focus this term has been on printing and as our topic has been based on the rainforest and plants, we based our outcome on Henri Rousseau, as he was most well known for his jungle themes. We began by sketching leaves, before designing our own leaf drawings and then etching them onto polystyrene to create a template, before using rollers to paint them and print our final pieces. We loved doing this and have created some masterpieces!
