Michaela Morgan is a British children's author and poet. She has written more than 150 titles between 1987 and 2018 and publishes between two and three new titles each year. These range from picture books to junior novels.
We were very lucky that Michaela came to work with our children for the day. All the pupils participated in a poetry workshop. Michaela talked about her work and shared poetry writing techniques. The children worked with Michaela to write their own poems.
After school Michaela signed books for children and chatted with parents.
