Year 5/6 Athletics
On Thursday 22nd June we went to the Athletics Embankment Arena in Peterborough to take part in an Athletics tournament.
We competed in a 75m sprint, the vortex throw in which out of all of the schools taking part, we had the best score. We also competed in a standing long jump and a 600m long distance race Our children showed their amazing competitiveness and perseverance when taking part in these different activities and because of this Barnack placed 3rd! Well Done Barnack.
